I've decided that there is some sort of group out there.
Drivers of Scion Box cars... I think they are out to get me!! I have had 4 car issues on the road/parking lot all with Scion Box cars! Weird! They all were VERY aggressive and two of them almost caused two wrecks. Just by a hair they both missed. WHEW!

Now I admit that I am not the most perfect driver in the world but I swear on everything that in these 4 instances I was the innocent!!

So today the largest bank ever has failed. It was bought out by another company. Amazing. I understood tonight how it must have felt during the crash of the Depression. Of course where do I bank? WaMu. Or I should say... where I USED to bank.

My friend posted this tonight. Made me tear up watching it. How true those words she sang are. Makes me ache inside remembering the hell my heart went though while he was gone. It also makes me think of all the other wives out there right now with their soldiers, marines, airmen and sailors out in harms way.

One of my piano students introduced this game to me yesterday. It was a silly little game, which to my surprise I lost! Again and Again!
How does it do it? How does it know my answer with it seems like the same questions every time? Is there a microphone? I keep my answer in my head and dare not utter it. Nope not it. AHHH the madness! A few times it has been stumped. More by my husband than I.

Amazing little computer game.

My husband and I played it during dinner last night, and lying in bed before hitting the sack. When I was woken up during the night, I played it when I couldn't fall back asleep.

Tasmanian Devil was one of my husbands answer... Badger it Guessed... Oh so close! It tries again, Wolverine! It stops after two wrong guesses (25 Q's max), but I was amazed how at least it was pretty close!


My kind student let me borrow for a week. She said she had another one at home. Hmmm I might have to purchase one of these for myself.


I've been watching the Republican Convention, McCain is currently paused while I washed the Bebe and put him to bed. After another game of 20Q or two, I will resume watching his speech. More on that to come.

I am so darn excited! I just watched the movie teaser trailer on youtube for the upcoming movie Dead Like Me. Now this is a movie from the Showtime Drama "Dead Like Me", which I happen to be a huge fan of. I was so sad when they dropped the show after two seasons. The humor cracks me up. Ira wasn't into it, but then I turned him to the dark side finally.


On another side of the TV spectrum. I watched happily the premiere of 90210. Now I was a kid when the Real 90210 came out, so this was pretty funny for me. How many other 30-Something women out there watched this show tonight along with me? I know my hubby came in time to time to see what was happening. It was interesting. I was peaked.

It sucks me in.

How weird is it that I know one of the actors recently starred in a Cheetah Girls movie. Weird or just out right pathetic.

My laptop got a bug. Driving me Bonkers.

My favorite comic stip has concluded. For Better or For Worse by Lynn Johnston has drawn the end of the Patterson family. I've read this cartoon since I was a child and loved watching the family grow up along side me.

I will miss them.





There is plans to re-run the cartoon with some new "old" style strips.

Yesterday my friend Becky, her sister Suzi and I traveled to Oakland, CA to the LDS temple.


Becky mentioned that there was a sculpture exhibit that she would like to see in the visitor center. I really didn't know what to expect, but what I found was absolutely amazing.

The Artist Angela Johnson has created some gorgeous and heart touching sculptures of Jesus and the work He performed on this earth and beyond. Only sculpting for the last 12 years of her life, she has created in art that was amazing to look upon and brought tears to my eyes.
